Position Overview:
RIC Executives is hiring entry-level Account Managers to join our growing direct marketing team. This role is perfect for individuals who are outgoing, ambitious, and eager to gain experience in sales, customer acquisition, and leadership. You’ll start in a face-to-face sales role, engaging directly with customers to represent our clients and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent client brands through in-person sales presentation
Build rapport with customers and understand their needs
Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Participate in ongoing training and leadership development workshops
Work closely with team leaders and managers to refine sales strategies
